As the fall season wrapped across the Houston area, Sister 2 Sistah joined the National Partnership for New Americans’ Naturalize Now! Houston citizenship campaign with one clear goal: to make sure no community was left behind.

In a powerful display of community unity, Sister 2 Sistah, in partnership with Houston City Council District D and the City of Houston Department of Neighborhoods, hosted its Summer Bridge 2025 workshop at YES Prep Southside Secondary. The event, themed “Building Intergenerational Help for a Stronger Houston,” brought together civic leaders, successful entrepreneurs, and enthusiastic youth for a day of inspiration, empowerment, and action.
